Listing of resort and link to resort website are free. I add information as I find it on the web. Resorts are listed on town page and lake page. If you want your listing removed please e-mail me and I will take it down immediately.

Note: Resorts must be State Approved Lodging Facilities.

If you decide to pay for advertising you will receive a full page displaying pertinent information about your resort. A map (provided by me) and a few photos and 'enjoyable pertinent generic' text (provided by resort owner). You will want to keep your text as generic as possible so you won't have to update your page very often.

One other thing, let's try to keep our listings somewhat close to our 'UpNorth' area - I sure do not want to start listing resorts from California.

The cost for this page is a one-time setup fee of $85.00. Your payment of $85 pays for:

• Design of page
• Link to full page from both your town listing and your lake listing
• Helps pay for hosting
• Is added to the advertising fund for search engine advertising.
• One year listing on Resorts UpNorth

At the end of the year I will send a bill for $25 to continue your listing.  If you would like to change the information on your site the charge will be $50 - this is why 'enjoyable pertinent generic' is good - saves you money.

If you decide when you receive the bill for $25 that you do not wish advertise any longer your page will be removed but your text listing and link to website will remain.
